Becoming a Member

Are we open to the public? Yes. Do you have to be a member to visit Watch Hill Proper? No. However, membership has its benefits.

Becoming a Watch Hill Proper member means becoming part of the Watch Hill Proper family and having a home away from home. Watch Hill Proper membership means joining a community where you can build relationships with fellow members and our amazing staff and have a great member experience every time you visit.

15% discount on all food and beverage purchases (retail purchases excluded)
Weekly Member Pours
50% of initiation fee will be credited to your house account to spend at the club (i.e. $600 value for local member)

$900 off our barrel pick experience and $450 off a half barrel ($450 and $225 for non-local)
10% off overnight lodging in our 2-bedroom unit in the Lyric

Referral Program

Refer a new member to Watch Hill Proper and you both receive a $200 house account credit (each) when they become a member ($100 each for non-local)

Regular monthly ticketed events include Blind Leading the Blind Tastings, Chef Dinners, Wine Tastings, and Elevated & Educated Tastings

Whiskey and Wine Bottle Club

33% of your annual dues are placed into the Bottle Club as a credit upon renewal (i.e. $300 value for local member, must subscribe to redeem)
Deep discounts on bottles purchased through our whiskey and wine bottle club
Bottle club members are enrolled in our WHP loyalty program which credits you with a $25 house account credit for every $250 spent on food & beverage (package sales and swag excluded)
