About the Event

Dinner: Five Course meal prepared by Chef Michael Crouch

Pairings: Your choice of bourbon or wine pairing

The evening will feature informative discussions led by Fred based on his selection process combined with detailed distillery backgrounds and pairing notes. Attendees can expect to enjoy either rare, vintage, and highly allocated bourbons selected by Fred Minnick or pairings of fine wine selected by Chef Michael Crouch. All dates will include a five-course dinner crafted by Chef Michael Crouch.

 
 

ABOUT FRED MINNICK
